Charles 'Brad' Leopard  - Supervisor, Miami Electronic Crimes - Task Force Forensic Laboratory, U.S. Secret Service

Brad Leopard supervises the United States Secret Service Miami Electronic Crimes Task Force. Brad has more than fifteen years of experience working cyber investigations and conducting digital forensic examinations. Brad previously instructed computer forensic classes for federal and state law enforcement agencies and managed incident response for large data breach investigations. Brad received a Master’s Degree in Cyber Systems and Operations from Naval Postgraduate School.

Alfred J. Saikali

Alfred J. Saikali, Partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP 

ALFRED SAIKALI is a Partner in the Miami office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, LLP, where he founded and chairs the firm’s Data Privacy and Data Security Practice Group.  In that role, Al directs breach response efforts, represents companies in litigation arising from data breaches and other privacy issues, and counsels organizations to help them comply with laws governing the collection, storage, use, and disposal of sensitive information.  Al founded and chairs the Sedona Conference’s Working Group on Privacy and Data Security.  He maintains a blog (Data Security Law Journal) where he writes about emerging trends and issues in data security and data privacy law.  The National Law Journal recently named Al a “Trailblazer in Cybersecurity.”
